Return Policy

 

All of our merchandise has been tested and guaranteed against being DOA (Dead On Arrival).

 

If for some reason, a part is received in unsatisfactory condition, send an email to customerservice@laptopaid.com including your Order Detail number, and what is wrong with the product.

 

Items that are purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a refund is requested. However, the 15% restocking fee may be waived if Buyer chooses to accept store credit. To return an item purchased by mistake, send an email to customerservice@laptopaid.com including your Order Detail number, and the details regarding the purchase.

 

LaptopAid must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. All products must receive authorization to return prior to being returned to LaptopAid.

 

All returns must be received within 5 business days of receiving return authorization, and must include a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Return packages may be refused if received outside of 5 business days from receiving authorization, or if a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form is not included in the package.

 

Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit are granted once the product has been returned to LaptopAid in its original condition, and may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition.

 

Buyer assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable in any return situation.
